[TODAY: Deadline for on-time] College Conference and Blending Conference in Williamsburg – The conference will be at the Williamsburg Christian Retreat Center (9275 Barnes Rd, Toano, VA 23168) on November 2-4, 2018 (Registration begins at 7 PM on the 2nd). There are very nice accommodations available for families. There will be children’s meetings for grades K-6. Young people are encouraged to come and either serve with the young people or join the college age meetings. The cost is $80 for individuals and $220 for couples or families to stay together in hotel-style rooms. There is a $10 late fee if registering after Oct 14th. For those not staying over night there is a day use fee assigned by the camp. We ask saints just coming for the day to offer $15 per person per day. This incorporates meals.

Fall YP Conference is Oct 19-21 – Pray for the Lord to have a free way to work Himself into the YP and serving ones. For those attending the conference (YP and serving ones) we will meet together at Dunn Loring meeting hall on Friday (10/19) around 5:00pm for ride assignment. Please bring a sack dinner. Parents remember to pickup your YP at Dunn Loring meeting hall on Lord’s day (10/21) around 2:00pm.

Winter Training Registration – The Live Winter Training in Anaheim, CA will be from December 24-29. Fairfax Video Training location is TBD. Video Training date please see below. The deadline to register is LD, 10/28. Please have your cash or check payable to Church in Fairfax ($205 Live training, $105 Video Training) and register at service table.

Charter Bus for Thanksgiving Day Conference – Fairfax and Dunn Loring saints will have an opportunity to travel together with a charter bus. The cost is $50.00 per person for the round-trip. This will include a short excursion to Billy Graham library during the conference. The bus leaves Thursday (11/22) morning at 8:30 AM and comes back right after the conference on the Lord’s Day (11/25). Registration is on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please fill out the information at the service office. Space is limited.

International Thanksgiving Conference (11/22-25) – The International Thanksgiving Conference will be held in Charlotte, North Carolina from Thursday, November 22 through Lord’s Day, November 25. All the meetings will be held at the Westin Charlotte, Grand Ballroom, located at 601 South College Street, Charlotte, NC 28202. There will be children’s service and translation into Chinese, Korean, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Meeting Hall for the Church in DC – The church in Washington DC has been looking to purchase a property within the District of Columbia border. The cost of property in the District is quite expensive. Even though the saints in DC have accumulated some reserves it is not sufficient for them to put a down payment for suitable properties that would be available to them. Other groups with higher capital would out bid the saints in DC. Please pray for the saints in DC and pray regarding this matter. If the Lord leads you to offer through the church in Fairfax, please designate your offering for “DC meeting hall”.

New Meeting Hall in Madrid, Spain – The financial need for purchasing the meeting hall has been met. There is still a need of at least $100,000 to renovate it. Further offering is still welcome..

Meeting Hall in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia – Continue to pray for the saints in Addis Ababa with regards to the property that will be used as a conference/training center.
