Title: Hybrid In-person/Zoom Meeting

Time: Next Lord’s Day, 6/13 at 10:00 AM

Location: Green Acres cafeteria (NOT the gym)

Details:

• We are beginning to slowly transition to in-person meeting
• Virtual (Zoom meeting) will continue to be available
• Please be patient if we encounter logistical/technical issues
• In-person meeting is subject to change based on latest COVID guidelines
• Open to YP/Jr High ages and up
• No in-person children’s service at this time. We do not have the adequate space in the facility to host children’s service

In-person meeting guidelines:

• Please do not come to the in-person meeting if you are observing the following symptoms:
  • Fever
  • Cough
  • Sore throat
  • Tiredness
  • Aches and pains
  • Loss of taste or smell
  • Headaches
  • Recent (within past 7 days) known exposure to COVID or recent test for COVID with pending result
• Masks and proper wearing of masks are required (completely cover from nose to chin) at all times, except for brief moments when drinking of water or taking the Table
  • If at anytime you feel the need to take your mask off, please do so outside the building
  • Vaccination is strongly encouraged, and even if vaccinated, at this time all saints will be required to wear masks
• Seating will be properly arranged. (Please refrain from moving chairs from how they are setup)
• Follow physical social distancing guidelines   
  • Keep 3 feet apart at all times
  • No hand shaking or hugging     
• Table elements are pre-packaged, sealed, and contact free. It will be placed at the entrance to the cafeteria. Please pick it up as you enter
• Ushers will be available for assistance
• The above guidelines are subject to change based on the latest COVID guidelines

Title: College Training

Location: Online and in-person

Dates: July 21 – 25

• Wednesday – Evening message
• Thursday – Evening message
• Friday – Evening message
• Saturday – Three sessions throughout the day
• Lord’s Day – Morning message

Details: This year the College Training will be a hybrid online and in-person training. The schedule is again designed so that those interning, working, or taking summer classes can still fully participate and we hope that many trainees will be able to take the College Training in watch parties as local directives allow. Although much of the College Training will still be online, it is still a training — not a conference — and we expect everyone who registers to commit to attend all of the training sessions and strictly follow all of the guidelines.
