Title: July 2023 Semiannual Training

Dates: 7/3 – 7/8/23

Location: Anaheim, CA or Video

Details: If you would like to register for to participate in the July 2023 training, the deadline is 4/30 for both in person and video. No registrations will be accepted beyond 4/30. Registration means a payment of $205 for live training  and $130 for video training. These amounts include the cost of the outline.

Video training schedule is TBD. In general video meetings will be select weekday evenings and combinations of days and nights during holidays and weekends. For part time training attendees: Once we put the video schedule out, please make a selection of meetings you will attend by 6/18.

Title: 2023 Pennsylvania Blending Conference

Date: 6/16 – 6/18

Details: The 2023 Pennsylvania Blending Conference for all the saints in PA and all nearby churches will be held on June 16-18 at the Penn Harris hotel in Harrisburg PA (1150 Camp Hill Bypass, Camp Hill PA 17011).  Brothers Bill Lawson and Marty Robert will join us during this time.  The hotel provides king-bed rooms at $129/per night group rate with limited numbers.  Currently, there are no two-bed options are available at the hotel.  Free Parking is available on site.  Children’s service will be provided during the conference.  There are more than 20 hotels within 5 miles.  A list of hotels is attached for the saints’ convenience. Title: 2023 Memorial Day Conference

Dates: 5/26 – 5/29/23

Location: Chicago, IL

Details: All the meetings will be held in the Grand Ballroom of the Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile, located at 540 N Michigan Ave, Chicago, IL 60611, and will be open to the public. There will be translation into Chinese, Korean, Spanish, and Portuguese. Some additional languages may also be included.

Lodging: Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile

There is a special group rate of $139.00 USD/per night plus tax for single and double occupancy rooms (one king bed), and $149.00 USD/per night plus tax for triple and quadruple occupancy rooms (two double beds). For room reservations, please call 1-877-303-0104 and request the Living Stream Ministry group rate for the 2023 Memorial Day Blending Conference. Reservations must be made on or before 5:00 PM local time (CDT) on Friday, May 5, 2023 in order to get this reduced rate. Check-in is 4:00 PM or earlier (if rooms are available) and check-out is 12:00 PM on May 29, 2023. A 2:00 PM late check-out may be provided upon request and based on availability.

A limited number of hotel rooms at the Living Stream Ministry group rate are set aside at the Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile. Saints are encouraged to make their hotel reservations as early as possible in order to get the discounted rate.

We would ask the saints to only reserve rooms that they intend to use and to cancel their reservations as soon as possible if they are unable to attend the conference. Reserved rooms that are released after the May 5th cut-off date will not be made available to the saints at the discounted rate.

Please also note that there is an early departure fee of $163.19 USD for guests that check out prior to their confirmed checkout date without notifying the hotel prior to check-in.

Title: 2023 Mid-Atlantic Spring Young People’s Conference

Date: 4/28 – 4/30/23

Location: Skycroft Conference Center, Middletown, MD

Details: The 2023 Mid-Atlantic Spring Young People’s Conference will be held from Friday, April 28, 2023, 7:00 PM through Lord’s Day, April 30, 2023, 12:00 PM at Skycroft Conference Center in Middletown, MD. All young people in 7th grade* through 12th grade are invited to attend. College students are also welcome to attend as helpers.

The registration fee is $100. The fee includes lodging, meals, and conference materials. All meals will be provided except for Friday dinner. Please pay through your locality. The deadline to register is Lord’s Day, April 16, 2023.

Title: Church Love Feast

Date: 4/16, 12 – 2 pm

Details: The Church will provide Chicken (Peruvian or something similar) as the main dish. The saints should bring sides (rice, salad, beans, etc…). Please make enough servings for your household plus two or more.
