Title: GMU Freshman Orientation

Dates: 4/23

Details: There is a in-coming freshmen orientation on campus today at GMU. Those interested can go the sub 1/quad lawn area immediately following the meeting until 2pm.

Title: Hospitality Needed

Dates: July 13th

Details: There is a need for hospitality for 13 college age saints from UK for one night. They have two cars and are on a road trip in the area before heading to North American College training (NACT) in Chicago area. Currently plan is to spend July 13th night in DC area before heading to Charlottesville, VA. Please let Raju know how many brothers or sisters you can take.

Title: Memorial Day Conference Children Service

Dates: 5/29/23

Details: Mid Atlantic churches have been assigned the children’s meeting service for Lord’s Day, May 29th. Please contact Mark Whilden if you have any questions or are interested in going.

Title: July 2023 Semiannual Training

Dates: 7/3 – 7/8/23

Location: Anaheim, CA or Video

Details: The deadline for registration to participate in the July 2023 training is 4/30, for both in person and video. No registrations will be accepted beyond 4/30. Registration payment for live training is $205 and for video training is $130. The amounts include the cost of the outline.

Video training schedule is TBD. In general video meetings will be select weekday evenings and combinations of days and nights during holidays and weekends. For part time training attendees: Once we put the video schedule out, please make a selection of meetings you will attend by 6/18.

Title: 2023 Summer Bible Camp

Date: 6/26 – 6/30

Details: Children between ages 3-12 are welcome to register (must turn 3 by October 1, 2022). Registration deadline is 5/7.

Title: 2023 Pennsylvania Blending Conference

Date: 6/16 – 6/18

Details: The 2023 Pennsylvania Blending Conference for all the saints in PA and all nearby churches will be held on June 16-18 at the Penn Harris hotel in Harrisburg PA (1150 Camp Hill Bypass, Camp Hill PA 17011).  Brothers Bill Lawson and Marty Robert will join us during this time.  The hotel provides king-bed rooms at $129/per night group rate with limited numbers.  Currently, there are no two-bed options are available at the hotel.  Free Parking is available on site.  Children’s service will be provided during the conference.  There are more than 20 hotels within 5 miles.  A list of hotels is attached for the saints’ convenience. Location: Chicago, IL

Details: All the meetings will be held in the Grand Ballroom of the Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile, located at 540 N Michigan Ave, Chicago, IL 60611, and will be open to the public. There will be translation into Chinese, Korean, Spanish, and Portuguese. Some additional languages may also be included.

Title: 2023 Mid-Atlantic Spring Young People’s Conference

Date: 4/28 – 4/30/23

Location: Skycroft Conference Center, Middletown, MD

Details: The 2023 Mid-Atlantic Spring Young People’s Conference will be held from Friday, April 28, 2023, 7:00 PM through Lord’s Day, April 30, 2023, 12:00 PM at Skycroft Conference Center in Middletown, MD. All young people in 7th grade* through 12th grade are invited to attend. College students are also welcome to attend as helpers.

The registration fee is $100. The fee includes lodging, meals, and conference materials. All meals will be provided except for Friday dinner. Please pay through your locality. The deadline to register is Lord’s Day, April 16, 2023.
