Title: Fall 2023 College Retreat

Dates: October 27-29 (Check-in begins 6:30 PM on October 27) 

Location: Williamsburg Christian Retreat Center (9275 Barnes Road, Toano, VA) 

Details: Cost: $100 for individuals in bunk style rooms (no more than 6 per room). Late fee of $10 after 10/8  

Meals: 5 meals – Sat breakfast – Sunday lunch

Title: Love Feasts

Dates: 9/24 after LD meeting

Location: Green Acres

Details: We will have a love feast roughly once a month for mutuality and getting to know each other more. We will arrange for a simple lunch with the emphasis of just being together and not be burdened with providing a comprehensive meal.

Title: 2023 Fall Mid-Atlantic Blending Conference

Dates: 9/16 – 9/17

• Lord’s day, 9/17, 9:30 am EDT – Lord’s table meeting

Location: Hilton Philadelphia City Avenue, Grand Ballroom, located at 4200 City Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19131

Details:

• Meetings – There is no registration needed to attend the meetings. All meetings, including the special fellowship, are open to all the saints.
• Children’s Service – Care for children from 1st to 6th grade will be provided during the meetings (except the special fellowship). Please register children online by September 3, 2023 at this Google doc.
• Special Fellowship – There will be a special fellowship on Saturday concerning the Lord’s Table meeting. Children’s service will not be provided during this fellowship.
• Translation During the Meetings – Translation service will be available in Chinese, Korean, and Spanish. The translation service will be done via Zoom. Please make sure to have a device with the Zoom App installed and headphones. The Zoom meeting information will be given at the conference.
• Hotel – Unfortunately, there are no more rooms available at the Hilton at the discounted rate. However, there are alternate hotels nearby.
• Book Service – Registration is now available for those who are burdened to serve on book service during the conference. Please use this Google doc to sign-up.
• Livestream of the Conference – The conference will be streamed online. A link to the live stream will be provided a week before the start of the conference.

Title: 2023 Mid-Atlantic Fall YP Conference

Dates: 9/29 – 10/1

The registration fee is $100. The fee includes lodging, meals, and conference materials. All meals will be provided except for Friday dinner. Please pay through your locality.

The deadline to register is Lord’s Day, September 10, 2023. Please refer to the email sent out to all the YP parents and serving ones on 8/19/2023.

Location: Dallas, TX

Details: All the meetings will be held at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel, Lone Star Ballroom, located at 400 Olive Street, Dallas, TX 75201, and will be open to the public. There will be translation into Chinese, Korean, Spanish, and Portuguese. Some additional languages may also be included. Please see the attached information regarding the details of the conference.
