Title: 2025 Spring Mid-Atlantic Blending Conference

Date: February 28, March 2, 2025

Location: Richmond, Virginia

Details: We are pleased to announce the Spring 2025 Mid-Atlantic Blending Conference, to be held February 28 – March 2, 2025 in Richmond, Virginia. The conference will be held at the Hilton Virginia Crossings Hotel & Conference Center at 1000 Virginia Center Pkwy, Glen Allen, VA 23059.

Meeting Schedule

• Friday, February 28
  • 7:30 PM: Message 1
• Saturday, March 1
  • 10 AM: Message 2
  • 3 PM:  Message 3 
  • 5-9 PM: Dinner Banquet
  • 8-9 PM: YP/College Singing and Overflow Time
• Lord’s Day, March 2
  • 9:30 AM:  Lord’s Table
  • 10 AM:  Message 4

A dinner banquet will be provided for all saints on Saturday evening.  Please note that this banquet will have one session, but we are only able to accommodate 200 saints at one time.  A queue will be formed to accommodate all saints.  We are asking that saints with children or those with special needs eat first.  Please register through the registration form (https://forms.gle/hPXqov2BbxhxL5JR9).  

Children’s Service 

Children’s service will be provided for all messages. In order to properly coordinate Children Service, please RSVP through the registration form (link above) by February 10th.  For any questions related to the Children’s Service, please contact Leo Halim or Mark Dailo.

Hotel Reservation 

To reserve a room at the hotel with our discounted rate please call (804) 727-1400 and use the special rate code 91J. Rooms may also be booked directly on the Hilton website using the special rate code CIR or by using the following link: Mid Atlantic Blending Conference. A special conference rate with the hotel is $126.  Please note that there is a limited number of rooms available, so please plan accordingly.

Title: Sister’s Time

Date: Saturday, January 11, 2025 at 10:30 am

Location: Liu’s House

Details: The gathering will start at 10:30 a.m. A special lunch will be catered. No childcare will be provided. Dads are encouraged to either collectively or individually watch the children to free up the moms among us to attend sisters’ time. To get a head count for food, please RSVP and give any food allergies using this Google document.
