Dates: 2/27 – 3/1

Location: Skycroft Conference Center (9621 Frostown Rd, Middletown, MD 21769

Details: Check-in begins 6:30 PM on 2/27. Meals provided from Saturday breakfast to Sunday lunch. $150 for individuals in bunk style rooms. $10 late fee after 2/8. Register at https://collegeretreats.us.

Title: Spring 2026 Mid-Atlantic Blending Conference

Date: 4/3 – 4/5

Location: Richmond, Virginia

Details: The conference will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Richmond – Midlothian at 1021 Kroger Center Blvd, Richmond, VA 23235.

For the boxed lunch offered on Saturday, a separate registration form will be forthcoming to select available lunch options.

Children’s service will be provided for all messages. The special conference rate with the hotel is $132/night (no breakfast) or $172/night that includes daily breakfast for four.  To reserve a room at the hotel with our discounted rate, please call (804) 379-3800 and use the special rate code 92B.  Rooms may also be booked directly on the Hilton website at the following link: Mid Atlantic Blending Conference.  Please note that the link currently does not have the option to reserve the breakfast rate – we will provide that once it becomes available.  Please note that there is a limited number of rooms available, so please book soon.  Free parking is available with discount code DBTNP.  Please remember to use this code to ensure free parking is added to your reservation. All conference attendees will receive free parking during the conference sessions.

Details: The meeting schedule is as follows:

• 1st meeting: Friday, May 22 – 7:30 PM
• 2nd meeting: Saturday, May 23 – 10:00 AM
• 3rd meeting: Saturday, May 23 – 7:30 PM
• 4th meeting: Lord’s Day, May 24 – 9:30 AM
• 5th meeting: Lord’s Day, May 24 – 7:30 PM
• 6th meeting: Monday, May 25 – 10:00 AM

All the meetings will be held at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel, Lone Star Ballroom, located at 400 Olive Street, Dallas, TX, and will be open to the public. There will be translation into Chinese, Korean, Spanish, and Portuguese. Some additional languages may also be included. Please see the Conference Details regarding the details of the conference.
